Excellent!
These words are important for us to remember so that we temper our expectations of others around us and those with whom we work.
It also helps us know that WE have strengths and weaknesses and sometimes we need to know we don’t have something to gibe in a certain area of life.
While not as critical as it is for police officers, this is important for everyone.
Difficult to do but essential because otherwise you set up a situation where expectation cannot meet reality
